The introduction is published in three languages, but Stanton’s work is only reproduced in English. This illustrated anthology includes 28 illustrated short story fantasies that both fans and soon-to-be fans will find to be page-turners. In the description of this book published on the Amazon website is a catchy tease that sums up Eric Stanton’s work. “At midnight in a cheap hotel room, you might come across this edition lurking under the mattress with a girl’s name and a phone number scrawled inside. You probably won’t even need to phone that number.†Me, I think such a lucky hotel guest would be crazy to miss a once-in-a-life-time chance to phone that number and accept the most promising invitation. Dian Hanson, Editor of LEG SHOW Magazine, who authored the book’s introduction, wrote “Stanton seemed not only to recognize the feminist struggle, but also to realize that men could be aroused by the strong, angry women, and might harbor a guilty desire to right the wrongs of mankind by submission to female power.†“Female sexual power, that is. And to a young feminist foot soldier in the sexual revolution having sexual power over men was a very appealing prospect.†This is a fantastic collection of Eric Stanton, feminist fetish art. It will probably produce a desire to see more of Stanton's fetish world. It’s just too bad the book’s format was not larger to help the reader avoid eye-strain.
